We guarantee your satisfaction with every product we sell as well as that your order while be delivered as ordered.

Prior to completing your order, please verify your billing and shipping information are correct as errors may lead to delays and/or possibly additional shipping fees.

Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed. Upon shipping, you will receive a tracking email and link from our company. Third party notifications (such as UPS My Choice) may provide inaccurate tracking information.

Where offered, candy coated pecans are only shipped October through April due to heat concerns. 

PRIVACY & SAFETY

We do not sell, trade or lease any of your information with anyone.

 

The information we request from you, such as you billing and shipping information, is considered private and is stored on a secured server for the sole purpose of completing and fulfilling your order. We rarely send promotional emails, but when we do, all emails will contain an unsubscribe link. 

WHOLESALE INQUIRIES

While our prices are incredibly low, we are able to offer slightly lower wholesale prices for businesses, stores and markets. If you would like to receive information regarding wholesale rates please contact us at the email below so we may assist you. Please include your Name/Company Name, Shipping Address, Product(s) for which you are seeking information or pricing, and any additional questions.

We also offer wholesale pricing for bulk holiday orders 

PAYMENT, TAXES & PROMOTIONS

We accept payment via all major credit cards as well as PayPal. All credit card transactions are processed by a secure, encrypted 2048-bit PCI DSS compliant service. We do not store any of your credit card information on our site without your request to store it for future orders. Please contact us to make any payments by check.

Wholesale or invoiced orders may be paid by Block, Inc via emailed invoice. Block, Inc, DBA Square, is a secure third party credit processing company (similar to PayPal).

Sales tax will only apply to orders shipped to an address within the state of Georgia. The Georgia sales tax rate is determined by the destination zip code. Shipments outside the state of Georgia will NOT be charged sales tax.

We may send occasional promotional offers to your email address on file. While these are rare, please follow the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email, if so desired.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping

We ship our farm fresh, Georgia pecans all over the world via UPS and USPS. We request whenever possible, please provide a street address in lieu of a PO Box so we may keep your shipping costs as low as possible while ensuring fast shipping! We reserve the right to choose the shipping company, but we are open to specific request should the customer need a selected provider. Please verify your shipping address prior to submitting as reshipment due to improperly entered address may incur additional shipping fees. We currently ship based on below cost, flat rates.

 

Our Shipping Rates:

$100 or More = FREE SHIPPING

$50.00-$99.99 = $5.50

$25.00-$49.99 = $9.50

$24.99 and Under = $6.50

Returns & Exchanges 

We Guarantee you will enjoy every bag of pecans you purchase from us. While we take care in packaging your order, we realize sometimes something goes awry. We are here to rectify any issues you may have. If we made an error in packaging, we do reserve the right to request the product be returned with a provided shipping label. Products may be returned for 30 days from date of purchase, or at our sole discretion beyond 30 days. Returns will receive a full refund less the cost of shipping. Any damage or quality issues with a delivery be documented and reported to us within 28 days of purchase so we may address the issue with the carrier and issue a refund or a new shipment, as appropriate.
