We are here to rectify any issues you may have. If we made an error in packaging, we do reserve the right to request the product be returned with a provided shipping label. Products may be returned for 30 days from date of purchase, or at our sole discretion beyond 30 days. Returns will receive a full refund less the cost of shipping. Any damage or quality issues with a delivery be documented and reported to us within 28 days of purchase so we may address the issue with the carrier and issue a refund or a new shipment, as appropriate.
